The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University will offer an opportunity during August for small businesses to learn about funding, growing and marketing their business.
The ASBTDC provides one-to-one confidential guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Primary areas of assistance include business planning, financial analysis, market research, loan packaging, growth and expansion, marketing and profitability.
The consulting sessions offer opportunities for business owners to meet with an ASBTDC business consultant. Space is limited for consulting sessions. While there is no charge for events, registration is required. To register, call 870-972-3517. To learn more about ASBTDC, visit asbtdc.org/jonesboro/.
Laura Miller, ASBTDC director, will lead a “Starting a Business in Arkansas” seminar at the Cherokee Village Innovation Hub on Sept. 11. Robert Bahn, ASBTDC business consultant, will lead a “Funding Your Business” seminar at the Blytheville Farmers Bank and Trust on Sept. 16.
Destiny Adams, ASBTDC business consultant, will lead a small business consulting session at the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce on Sept. 17.
