FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A local women’s apparel business that faced complaints in 2024 from customers who hadn’t received products is now being taken to court by an intimate apparel company.
Eveden Inc., a Boston-based company that designs and manufactures intimate apparel like lingerie and swimwear, is suing Curvy Divas for over $33,000.
According to the lawsuit filed on September 16, the two companies came to an agreement where Evenden would provide Curvy Divas goods in exchange for compensation. The complaint alleges that Eveden provided those goods from November 14, 2022, until July 31, 2024.
Eveden provided invoices to Curvy Divas, but they say they never received payment. The complaint also provides a statement showing those charges, totalling up to $33,473.46.
Eveden is now seeking that amount plus interest in relief.
