At LifeWise’s new headquarters in Hilliard, founder and CEO Joel Penton said he’s come to “believe the Lord built this building for us 20 years ago.”
The nearly 24,000-square-foot facility, located off Cemetery Road and visible from Interstate 270, once hosted scuba-diving pools and equipment sales in its former life as Aquatic Adventures. It is now a testament to the growth of an organization that has a presence in around half of Ohio’s more than 600 school districts and boasts more than 1,700 employees and 10,000 volunteers.
