Pixelverse has transitioned from its Telegram tap-to-earn platform to a Web3 social arcade with the launch of Pixelverse Arcade on Base and Farcaster. The company said the initiative is part of its plan to bring deeper on-chain features, collectibles, and integrations with meme-native projects to its platform.
According to the report, Pixelverse Arcade will introduce a unified player profile across all the company’s titles. Every action in any game will also contribute to a seasonal Battle Pass, and rewards, items, and achievements earned in the game will be recorded on-chain.

Pixelverse will first release Storychain as the first Arcade game, which is a collaborative storytelling game on Farcaster. The company’s AI agent sets the rules and prompts in the game, and can be linked to any social post on the platform. Replies will add a short fragment to the story.
The report revealed that once a chain ends, it is minted on Base as an NFT that credits contributors. CEO Kori Leon disclosed that different starting points in the game can produce different types of NFTs, with higher rarity when a story begins under a popular or trending post. He argued that it creates a viral loop, where the more visible the post is, the more engagement the story gets, and the more valuable the resulting NFT.
Leon added that he would track the success of Storychain with the amount people have minted completed story NFTs. Storychain is also set to launch on September 23.
Pixelverse has also grouped stories into collections tied to its meme partners, and has included leaderboards and PIXFI rewards to drive participation. The company maintained that each chain will turn a Farcaster thread into both a social game and a permanent collectible.
“Storychain takes everyday conversation and turns it into both a game and an on-chain asset. It’s the first step toward a category of games only possible on open networks like Base and Farcaster.”

Leon acknowledged that Pixelverse is one of the biggest Telegram games with millions of players, real revenue, and provides proof that simple crypto games can scale fast. He added that the company will still build on Telegram, but maintained that the platform is fundamentally a Web2-style audience. He argued that the reason for building on Base and Farcaster is that Telegram offers distribution and revenue, but limits integration of Web3 mechanics at scale.
The blockchain-based gaming platform said its decision to expand to Base and Farcaster came as its community has evolved and shifted towards Web3-native players. Pixelverse said its transition has been reinforced by direct integrations with leading meme Base communities, including Tosi, Ski Mask Dog, Mr. Mingles, and Brett.
Players can engage those communities directly through collectibles and seasonal rewards, with Farcaster providing the distribution layer for social participation. The firm confirmed that PIXFI tokens will also be deployed on Base, which will link gameplay, rewards, and trading activity with the same networks Pixelverse is building around.
