Downtown Wooster has a new splash of color and creativity with the unveiling of an augmented reality mural on South Buckeye Street, a project that blends art, technology, and community storytelling.
The mural, developed through the OHuddle mentoring program and led by local artist Crystal Alejo, incorporates line art filled in with vibrant student-created patterns. When scanned with a QR code, the mural comes alive with animation, making it one of only a handful of augmented reality murals in Ohio.
