The President’s Religious Liberty Commission held its third hearing on Monday, continuing its focus on religious freedom issues in public education from the perspectives of teachers, coaches, families and faith-based schools.
First Liberty once again played a major role in the direction and content of the meeting. The Commission heard testimony from First Liberty attorney Keisha Russell and clients Coach Joe Kennedy, Connecticut schoolteacher Marisol Arroyo-Castro and Carroll Conley—a board member for Bangor Christian Schools.
In this First Liberty Live! episode, you’ll hear from First Liberty President and CEO Kelly Shackelford—a member of the Commission—as he breaks down all the details and critical take-aways.
