LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The lineup has been released for next year’s edition of the Railbird music festival in Lexington.
Headliners include Tyler Childers and The Lumineers. Zach Top, Ella Langley, Caamp, Mt. Joy and southern Indiana’s own Houndmouth are among the more than 30 other artists set to perform across three stages.
Railbird is set for June 6-7 at The Infield at Red Mile in Lexington. The event is held on the iconic racetrack, with curated bourbon experiences throughout the festival celebrating the spirit of Kentucky.
According to the music festival’s website, its namesake—Railbird—is “a horse racing enthusiast known for sticking close to the action, hanging on the rail as each contender comes barreling down the track.”
Tickets to the festival go on sale this Wednesday, Oct. 22, at noon.

Since its inaugural festival in 2019, Railbird had been held on the grounds at Keeneland in Lexington in August. In 2022, it hit pause and took a break before returning in June 2023 at a new venue—the infield at Red Mile Racing and Gaming in downtown Lexington.
