Montage Health has announced the appointment of Alicia Maitland as the new chief financial officer.
Maitland previously led enterprise-wide financial operations and supported the organization’s academic health network as senior vice president of finance at Froedtert Thedacare.
Before that, she served as chief financial officer at Munson Healthcare in Michigan.
“I am honored to join Montage Health, an organization deeply committed to the well-being of its community,” Maitland said. “I look forward to partnering with our clinical and operational teams to ensure we are financially positioned to continue to deliver the very best healthcare for the Monterey County community. On a personal note, being closer to my family out west and settling in the beautiful Monterey area made this decision even more meaningful.”
Maitland will lead the financial operations at Montage Health and is set to start Dec. 29, 2025.
