GREENSBORO, NC – Tony Caridi, the longtime play-by-play announcer for the West Virginia Mountaineers and host of Sportsline, is the 2026 recipient of the Woody Durham Voice of College Sports Award.
The award, organized by the National Sports Media Association, recognizes professional college broadcasters who fit the criteria of preparation, association with his/her school, tenure at their school, efforts in the community, mentorship of young broadcasters, and character.
