The City of Easton has expanded the Business Parking Validation Program to all downtown business owners. This digital initiative powered by Flash Parking, allows businesses to subsidize customer parking costs at the North Fourth Street and South Third Street Garages. (Not available for metered parking.)
Program Overview:
* Customer Arrival: Patrons must pull a physical ticket upon entry.
* Instant Validation: Your staff enters the ticket number into the Flash Valet portal to apply a subsidy.
* Custom Control: You choose the subsidy—$1.00 off , $2.00 off, $2.50 (first hour), $5.00 (first two hours), or the entire parking session. 
Enrollment Process:
1. Email: Contact Parking@easton-pa.gov to express interest.
2. Register: Identify team members who need portal access.
3. Setup: Complete account registration with the IT Department (business credit card required).
4. Launch: Receive a PDF guide and begin processing validations.
Please allow 48 hours for account setup, processed Monday through Friday.
