Victor and Mary Juarez of Never Let Go Ministries, Edgerton, spoke to the Ohio Alpha Mu Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, an international organization of women educators, on Feb. 23 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Montpelier. They shared the story of Mary’s son, Marjoe Gineman, who became addicted to opiates in his early 20s after starting to drink during his teen years. Door prizes were given. Discussing the event at the church are: from left: Judy Feeney, fraternal education; the Juarezes; Carol Clark, co-chaplain; Jeanne Willson, treasurer; and Patricia Goshorn, of the chapter. Their organization supports international organizations and activities such as a school in the Philippines.
